Basically this is my 2nd full week of working out. I started on the 4th, but didn't actually track until after that.
Just completed day 11. Somehow the treadmill went all the way up on the incline at about 15 minutes into my workout. It was tough, but i went with it.
Well, I've now mads it 10 days of walking!
Yup, I did it again!
